"Unfortunately I was involved in a total loss at-fault accident last week. Even though I filed a claim via the app the day of the accident, I received a call from Ryann the following day asking if I was feeling okay. Ryann walked me through the whole process, and communicated well and professionally between the claim handler and me. The claim was finalized in less than 48 hours, and I had a rental car for the week. I had the total payout amount hit my bank account in less than 72 hours from initial accident. Less than a week/150 miles prior to the accident, I got all 4 brake rotors and pads replaced, as well as an oil change for $922. After providing this documentation to Ryann and the claim handler, the ACV of my vehicle was increased by $1,000 in less than an hour (amazing - thank you!). To top it all off, Ryann offered for me to send her "a couple options" to check insurance on each one prior to making a purchase. After responding super fast, I was able to consider insurance costs as a factor in my car purchase decision. One text with the information and I had the price. The office is also clean and easy to access. This office clearly knows what they are doing And word of advice from a customer prior with another big insurance company - it ABSOLUTELY matters how customer support is.
